Hot Tub Universe is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to find information about our hot tubs, swim spas, and services and to get in touch with us easily.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a practical standard for our site. In building this site we've worked to use clear text and headings, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, keyboard-navigable menus and controls, and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix. As we add and update content, we continue to review and improve the experience. Some older content or third-party components embedded on the site (such as maps or our separate online shop) may not yet fully meet our target, and we're working to address those over time.
